1. Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of CoWorkout, you agree to abide by all gym rules, regulations, and policies. Membership is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Access and Usage

• Members must scan their key fob/card upon entry
• Sharing membership access with non-members is strictly prohibited
• 24/7 access is available to eligible members only
• The gym reserves the right to modify facility hours

3. Payment Terms

Membership fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable. A 30-day written notice is required for membership cancellation.

4. Liability Waiver

Members acknowledge that exercise and use of gym facilities carries inherent risks. CoWorkout is not liable for any injury or damage sustained while using our facilities.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect other members and staff
• Clean and sanitize equipment after use
• Return weights and equipment to designated areas
• Appropriate athletic attire must be worn
• No unauthorized personal training or coaching

6. Termination

CoWorkout reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of terms, misconduct, or other reasons deemed appropriate by management.

7. Privacy Policy

Member information is collected and stored securely. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.

8. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices within the facility.
